- Account information: name, email address when you sign up
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session data
- Payment information: we do not store raw payment credentials — gateway keys are encrypted using AES-256
- Files and content you upload to the platform
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Klynt service
- To send transactional emails (welcome, invoices, subscription updates)
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the product
- We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL database and file storage) hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest.
4. Cookies
We use minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
5. Third Party Services
- Supabase — database and file storage
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Dodo Payments — subscription billing
- Stripe and PayPal — freelancer's own payment gateways via BYOG
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data (available from Settings)

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, data is retained for 60 days before permanent deletion.
8. Children's Privacy
Klynt is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this privacy policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
