Terms of Service — Klynt

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Klynt (klynt.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Klynt is a client portal and CRM platform for freelancers. We provide tools to manage clients, invoices, files, milestones, and payments.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payments and Billing

Klynt offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly. Paid plans are billed in advance. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. No refunds are issued after 7 days.

5. Client Payments

Klynt's BYOG (Bring Your Own Gateway) feature allows freelancers to connect their own Stripe or PayPal accounts. Klynt does not process, hold, or take commission on client payments. All payment disputes are between the freelancer and their payment provider.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and store data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content you upload to Klynt.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Klynt for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 60 days. After 60 days, data is permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data at any time from Settings.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

Klynt is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
